Deposits are required for new clients to book appointments and certain promotions Deposits can be paid via Venmo (@BeautyEpitome317) or invoice. Once the Venmo link or invoice has been sent, payment must be received within 2 hours. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the appointment request.
The deposit will be applied to the value of the service but is non-refundable for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours of the appointment time.
After booking your first appointment, forms will be sent to the email provided. Forms are due within 24 hours of the appointment.
Please read all content on the forms as they contain pertinent information, policies, and agreements.
We understand illnesses, emergencies, and situations beyond control happen, so you may be given the opportunity to reschedule within 48 hours without paying an additional service charge. This opportunity is solely at the discretion of the owner. Charges for the original appointment will still be processed on the day of the original appointment.
DECLINED CARDS:
If your card declines, an invoice will be sent via text or email and is due upon receipt. If resolution is not made, you will no longer be permitted to book services with Beauty Epitome.
Repetitive cancellations may be required to pre-pay 100% of the service prior to booking approval, book same day -or- within 24 hours of the desired date/time. We understand that situations arise and appreciate cancellations within the required 48 hours; however, booked appointments remove the availability to other clients. It also financially impacts our business.
Please consider this when booking appointments.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. This ensures you will receive the full time of the session you're paying for. I have a responsibility to you to provide the best service and experience during the time we have scheduled together. If you're late, necessary treatment processing is reduced which effects results.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS FOR ARRIVALS OF 7 MINUTES OR GREATER. IF THE APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED, THE SAME-DAY POLICY APPLIES AND THE VALUE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED.
Please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. It will be cancelled and same-day fee policy will apply.
Children/minors are permitted only when receiving services. Drop-offs are NOT permitted We want you, as the parent/legal guardian, to understand treatments, recommendations and to ask questions.
Forms must be completed with the minor's information (name/address/birthdate/skin conditions, etc.) Phone numbers, emails, and signatures should be that of the parent/legal guardian.
Contraindications are certain reasons that prevent you from receiving a service. They include, but are not limited to internal/external health and skin conditions, prescription medications, pregnancy/nursing, etc.

Valid credit/debit cards are required to book services. You may use debit/credit cards, cash or Venmo (@BeautyEpitome317) to pay at checkout after your service. Should you choose to use cash, please bring the exact amount as change may not be available.
Referrals are one of the greatest compliments you can give! As a Thank You, you will receive 10% off your next *eligible service!
If the eligible appointment is cancelled, the discount becomes void.

THE DISCOUNT EXPIRES 90 DAYS FROM THE REFERRAL'S APPOINTMENT
This is Indiana and we’re no strangers to extreme winter weather (ice,freezing rain,heavy snow accumulation) and hazardous driving condition! Safety is our main concern and we understand a 48-hour cancellation may not be possible. In the event we must close or you feel unsafe driving in such conditions, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your appointment within 7 calendar days without cancellation fees.
